Xbox one 'too slow'

Discus and support Xbox one 'too slow' in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was playing my Xbox one last night, turned it on the next day and I literally cannot load anything, everything I go to either gets an error message...     Xbox one 'too slow'


    I was playing my Xbox one last night, turned it on the next day and I literally cannot load anything, everything I go to either gets an error message or starts loading and then stop, I can't even get into my live account. Resetted my xbox of times, waiting
    ages for it to load and still no response.. any help? Xbox services and support are terrible

    Xbox one upload too slow!

    Ok, try the steps I posted above to power cycle the console then to see if that helps.

    Sure!

    The results of my connection are:

    Ping: 28ms

    Download: 15Mbps

    Upload: 12 Mbps

    But on Xbox one, I have 5Mbps in download and 2Mbps in upload. I can't understand what the problem is. In two days the results of the connection are dropped from 20 Mbps in download and in upload to 2Mbps in upload and 5Mbps in download.

    Do you have your Xbox connected via wireless? Try a wired connection.

    Not sure about everyone else but the 360 takes quite a while to load when turned on. approx 40 seconds to bring up the GT's to choose from. Then i choose the GT to use and that another 15-20 seconds. I know it does not sound like much.....but you do not
    expect to wait that long to log in to live. Anyone else experiencing these slow times??

    I have 30mbps internet, I know there's faster internet but I think that should be way more than enough to load my friends list quickly.

    I thought the 360 was very slow to bring up menus also. I'm not a programmer but it seems like it should be nearly instantaneous to load a 2D menu with text and small pictures
