Xbox one to Xbox one X transfer if Xbox one not working

After game transfer from an Xbox one my add ons show to be installed but do not work in gameplay. Any ideas?

If it is a disk game and you are trying to transfer to an xbox one s digital or the xbox series s then no you are waisting your time

Those are digital only consoles and disks installs require the bluesy or dvd to validate the install

Yes. Just sign into the accounts you want to use on the new console. Any purchases can be redownloaded from the Ready to Install section of your library in Games and Apps. As long as you've been signed into Live while playing, your game saves are stored
on the cloud and will resync when you start a game.

If you are sharing gold/games with other profiles, you'll need to set the new console as your Home.

You will not lose your games saves when you upgrade to the Xbox One X from Xbox One as your game saves are stored on the Cloud.

You don't have to transfer game saves from the Xbox One to the Xbox One X.

They (game saves) will sync once your console (Xbox One X) is connect to the internet.
