Xbox One to scorpio upres patch?

It was stated the Xbox One games and X360 (backward compatibility list) games will be fully compatible with Xbox Scorpio. Is it possible Xbox Scorpio will get a graphic-improving patches for the Xone games, like it is with PS4>PS4pro patches?

I did not like PS4 too much as a console, but in case of graphics quality sometimes differences are really huge (Dishonored 2 for example). So I would like to know if I should buy newest (2017) games for Xone with a hope to see a really good graphics in
future, or should I choose the dark side of gaming?

Will Scorpio play with Xbox One S?

I'm trying to decide if I should get the Xbox One S or wait for Project Scorpio. If Scorpio is coming out in June I'll definitely wait, but that is unlikely (Unless Xbox wants to be even more awesome). But my friends have the Xbox One S and are getting the
Scorpio so, will Xbox One S players be able to play with Scorpio players and are the games going to change to different "Scorpio" games like what happened when the Xbox One came out?

It's entirely possible, even likely, but there's not been anything confirmed yet. Though the Xbox One S already upscales some things to 4K where it can, so the Scorpio will at least do that, if not an outright patch for each game that adds native 4K textures.
Any potential game patches would be publisher-dependent, just as they are with PlayStation.

Anyways, I think most game publishers will go the "4k re-mastered" route so they can sell gamers the same game at least 3 times. I've already seen too many gamers buy the same game twice just because it was "re-mastered". Just MY opinion.

Er, not as huge as you may think (Dishonored 2 for example). I've just completed both Dishonored 2 and Dishonored Definitive Edition, and between the two the FIRST one is the better looking - at least on Xbox One. As usual, the newer version runs at 900p
whereas the older, less-taxing-on-the-hardware version runs at 1080p and it's truly a revelation! I tried replaying D2 with Corvo (first playthrough w/Emily) and just couldn't continue. It made my eyes bleed and my hands shake - such jittery motion - whereas
D1 has been optimized to perfection. PLUS, you get a bunch of DLC thrown in that makes replaying the game a compulsive pleasure. No need of 4K just yet! #IMO

I was standing on the edge of the fence on whether or not to buy one of these and this just killed it for me.

Do we know if this is a software thing that could be patched up through an update and fixed or is it a hardware issue that simply won't be addressed until Scorpio (maybe?)?

Xbox Support told me they believe it is a software issue that can be patched but it didn't exactly sound like a sure/confident response at all.

I believe it was "Xbox" or whatever the deafault was for the Xbox One X Scorpio Edition, but then I changed it to Project Scorpio.
