Xbox one "There is a problem with your saved games" Error Code: 0x80831002

I recently purchase the digital version of Black Ops 4. For the past day I have kept getting an error that states that ''There is a problem with your saved games'', and then there is an error code of 0x80831002. I have already followed the instructions
of clearing the saved games off my Xbox and it has not fixed the problem. I have already reset my entire console, and I even uninstall Black Ops 4, and re-install it, but I kept getting the same problem. At first I thought it was just Black Ops 4 servers acting
up, but I tried playing different games that I have purchased digitally, and they are causing me the same problem.

Is there a way to fix this? is it an issue with the current Xbox servers update? Help!

Xbox One error loading save, cant start games or apps.

Do you get the following error message?

ERROR 0x80831002 There's a problem with your saved games ...

Thanks for posting, this could be associated with a network issue. Try following the steps below:

1. Hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds and leave it off
2. After the console is off, unplug your router/modem for 30 seconds
3. After 30 seconds, plug the device back in and allow it to connect you back to the internet
4. Verify your connection on a mobile device or check if all lights are lit on the router/modem
5. Once the router/modem are back online turn the console on
6. Attempt to launch Black Ops 4 again

If the issue persists try using another internet connection (public Wi-FI or mobile hotspot)

If you have your games saved to the cloud then your cloud saves may be corrupted if you have your games saved to a hard-drive then either your drive is broken and or corrupted. If its the hard drive I would recommend that you contact Microsoft support on
the issue.

 

Sadly, this did not fix my issue. I am now experiencing horrific glitches in the game where I cannot even see my own characters gun/no sound. I still receive the same error code. It is to the point where every game has the sync issue. I have already tried resetting
my console, but it did not fix it either. I am running out of ideas.

 

It could be my hard drive. I did try out Black Ops 4 (and other games) onto another Xbox and it worked fine. Though, I am not sure if it may be some sort of internet issue? I am sure if I ask to get it fixed (if it is a hard drive issue) that it'll end up costing
me more than what an actual Xbox cost. I do hope I find a solvable issue. Thanks for the reply!

Assuming this is an Xbox One, since the internet seems fine,
I would recommend trying to
remove
and re-add your account.

Side Note:
It is
very important to make sure you know the primary email/password to the account before removing
it from the console.

To check the email being used with the gamertag, go to
Settings > Account > sign-in, security & passkey;in middle column at the
top it will say "show on home" if it is checked it will rotate from gamertag
and email on homepage. If it is not check marked, it will show in this box.

Let us know if this does not work or if another platform is being used.
