Xbox one The Show 23 - sound so choppy, it just turns off and my xbox wont even save the game.

I'm sorry you are experiencing any trouble right now. No worries, I'm here to help you. If I may ask, does the error occur in other Xbox games as well? Also, is the game a disc game or a digitally purchased game?

If the error occurs only in this game and if this is a disc game, the error could only be within the game itself and not from the console.

In order to fix this, please remove your Microsoft account from your console > restart your console > re-add your Microsoft account > then check to see if it works here's how to remove your account:

1.Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

2.Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3.Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

> Then restart your console and proceed with the next steps. You've got nothing to worry as this will not delete your saved data progress.

Once it's done, please try to check if you can save on the game and the audio goes back to normal.

If it still doesn't work, you may proceed to perform a factory reset keep my games and apps.

Before we proceed with your Factory reset I just want to inform you that you will only choose Reset and keep my games and apps to make sure your saved data won't be deleted permanently and also all of the accounts that are set as home Xbox will be removed and all signed in accounts will be signed out from the console.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

Reset and keep my games & apps. Use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It resets the OS and deletes all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Yep.... Just another failing of the game..... My friends and I would like to turn off party chat when playing but don't because of the poor, choppy, delayed sound.

Hey guys just updating: finally my download was completed. Just after the download completion, I've turned off my Xbox in energy saving mode and turned on just to see what would happen. When Xbox dashboard loaded, the message "INSTALLATION STOPPED" appeared.
So I removed ethernet cable and plugged it again and everything was fine, the game finally was installed. And now the update is about 23%.

The xbox one is made to always be on even when its off. It will auto download updates when in standby. If you go into the settings you can actually disable the instant on feature and it will FULLY shut down. This will make it so it has to boot longer
since it wont be in standby, but turning the instant on feature to energy saving mode it will completly turn it off. Note: when energy saving mode is on the "Xbox On" kinect function will not work for obvious reasons.

COD is a lot of things but choppy, on Xbox One, it isn't.
