As I mentioned so long as you submitted a survey the best thing to do is wait, as posting won't speed up the process I'm afraid.

At this point there is nothing further to be done. As I mentioned, so long as you submitted a survey the appropriate team will look into your issue. Unfortunately bumping this thread will not speed up the process, please be sure to create a new thread if

Have you tried a hard reset? It may not work but it is worth a try. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back
in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

Yes, I also checked Fifa and I don't get achievements any more, I used to. I made a new profile to check and I still get nothing. I filled the survey out and nothing has happened since, this is ridiculous.

Hey, the last assignment I got was on 11/02/2016. I'm pretty sure I changed my gamer tag around the time from BCMYAZ to , could that effect it some how.
