Xbox one The Division, not getting any achievements.

Hi, I have reset my Xbox. My cache. I've deleted and redownloaded my profile. I have not got a single achievement and it shows no game progress or rouge agent kills, it only shows game progress. I am the max level and have done loads of achievements but
none have unlocked.

Not getting any Achievements

I'm not getting any Achievements despite doing the required task. At first I thought it was just Warframe, but I noticed that there are several Fallout 4, Fallout Shelter, Vermintide: Warhammer & Zombi Achievements I'm not getting either... Has this happened
to anybody else? And if so, has anybody found a way to fix the issue?

Xbox One Achievement troubleshooter and run through all the steps. If you're still having trouble be sure to visit the forum post it links towards the end.

Sorry, none of that helped. I still have none, I've done all of those multiple times through out the past 7 days.

Were you able to fill out the survey as suggested? So long as you fill out
this survey the appropriate teams will be aware of the issue.

 

Yes, I also checked Fifa and I don't get achievements any more, I used to. I made a new profile to check and I still get nothing. I filled the survey out and nothing has happened since, this is ridiculous.

Alright it has been about 4-5 days though, I did some achievements on Netflix too and nothing popped up.

 

Have you tried a hard reset? It may not work but it is worth a try. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back
in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

 

Yeah, tried it 5 toes throughout the week. I even bought new internet.

 

Can you guys not push this and find Kore info on my case? Feels like I'm at a dead end.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Are you able to find out more information or advise me on a way to contact someone higher up in Xbox. It's been around 2 weeks and nothing has been done.

 

Hey, the last assignment I got was on 11/02/2016. I'm pretty sure I changed my gamer tag around the time from BCMYAZ to , could that effect it some how.
