    Xbox one test account


    Hi all.

    I have enabled Dev Mode on my Xbox one and paid the fee.

    When trying to add a test account from the Partner Centre, under Account Settings>Xbox Live>Xbox test accounts.

    I get the error "Sorry, there was an issue adding your email address."

    The email address is associated with a Live account.

    Thanks for any help. Xbox one test account :eek:)

    Error code 0x8015DC0D appears when logging into the Xbox PC app

    Did the connection test show any error or the test results were the aimed ones?

    Also, what country/region is your Microsoft account, Xbox profile and computer settings?

    can you test with a different account on your Xbox to see if it is only with a problem with your account or whether it is your Xbox?

    just starting a Party and testing to see if the blue ring shows will be enough.

    edit to add:

    although you have checked the audio settings, go to the mic sensitivity and move the slider to one end and test the mic, then go back in to the settings and move the slider to the other end and test again.

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We recommend
    testing the network and multiplayer settings     on the console. We need to make sure the console has a stable connection to Xbox Live. We will provide steps on how to test the network connection. Once the connection has been tested and passes the tests, we
    recommend
    removing the profile and downloading it back     to the console. This will require the email address and password of the account. That information must be known before this step is taken. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Hey again!

    No worries on the delay. Do you have another Xbox Live account on your Xbox One you can test to see if the same error occurs? This would help narrow down to either a network or account issue.
    Unfortunately I don't have another Xbox Live Account that I could test. Might there be another way?

    Unfortunately, I don’t have xbox live on the child account. Because of this, I won’t be able to test if multiplayer works on the xbox one.
