Xbox one teredo problem

Enable Teredo and/or IPv6 Tunneling. If you are still having NAT connection problems with your Xbox One, log in to your router's user interface and check for the option to enable Teredo Tunneling, and/or IPv6 Tunneling. Enable this option and save your router's settings. Restart your router and check your connection status on your Xbox One.

Are you getting an error like "cannot get Teredo ip" sometimes in the multiplayer test? Would you mind asking your provider if you are on a native IPv6 connection and if they maybe block the teredo tunneling protocol?

Because if you setup the one being in the DMZ and still get a strict NAT it maybe a problem with the teredo protocol.

As the 360 is not using the teredo tunneling protocol you do not experience any problems there and get an open NAT on it. Might be another indicator that this could be the problem.

Can't access terido ip, but all of my ports are open. My NAT is also unavailable.

The text says that the XBOX tries to connect with the internet by using his own IPv6 connection via teredo protocoll instead of the existing IPv6. Thats the reason your NAT is unavailable.

Teredo is automatically blocked on the latest software update of your router. So you have to disable the teredo filter in the settings of your router.

Maybe additional you can add the necessary ports for your XBOX manually. (I do not have to. Disable the filter was enough.)

So if I understand you right, you did not have that Teredo IP issue ever before that point? If so, please do a factory reset on your xbox One as this is the only solution on this issue. We had already some more reports on that problem, where they were no
problems before at all and then out of a sudden the users experienced Teredo IP errors. Only solution working was always the factory reset of the One

Which leads to my second comment; Is it in fact that your router/firewall is actually blocking port 3544 (from > to)? This would actually results in the absence of a Teredo address assignment, and your Xbox One would make a complaint
that it can't obtain an IP address from a Teredo server. Is this the case?

highly depends on Teredo for peer-to-peer communication between hosts. For that reason, it
is not capable to operate seamlessly without the help from Teredo.

My I ask, if you were to allow port 3544 (Teredo), what type of NAT behaviour do you see for your console? What I have in regard for this question is your Internet service, which is much like Teredo, a dual stack mechanism. A potential
problem with your service (depending how you distribute IP addresses on your local network) would be when IPv4 traffic undergo Network Address Translation after the tunnel has been terminated by the concentrator inside of the provider network.
