Xbox One Teredo Error

Things you have tried: I have tried putting my xbox in the DMZ, I have tried manually port forwarding necessary ports, IPV6 off, IPV6 on, reset both modem and router multiple times, shut Xbox One off by unplugging power to
unit multiple times, still no luck

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown YES

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?
STRICT

Any Error Codes you encounter: CANNOT GET TEREDO IP

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider):
TIME WARNER CABLE



I have been trying for a while now and its getting a bit frustrating. Anyone have any ideas that can help me out?

problem with teredo

Unable to stay connected to parties

UPDATE:

I deleted the portforwarding rules for my Xbox One and opened the required ports for my laptop and now my NAT type is not available (I also opened them in my Internet Security provider - McAfee). I uninstalled the Teredo Tunnelling Psuedo-Interface again
and installed Microsoft Teredo Tunnelling Adapter. I went to check the state of teredo and it said:

C:\Windows\system32>netsh

netsh>int teredo

netsh interface teredo>sh st

Teredo Parameters

---------------------------------------------

Type : client

Server Name : win10.ipv6.microsoft.com.

Client Refresh Interval : 13 seconds

Client Port : unspecified

State : offline

Error : general system failure

Error Code : 6

 

Many people have tried many things but the only thing that works is restoring the console to factory defaults. (don't ask me how or why)

You wont lose anything since all the save games are backed up in cloud and the purchases linked to your GT.

settings>system>restore factory defaults.

 

hated to have to do that, but you are right, it worked. now to reinstall all my digital content
