xbox one tenure showing up wrong

Where my tenure should show there's an "i" Instead of a number. This is happening only on my xbox one. It shows up fine on my 360. I've already removed my account and put it back but its still just showing, i

Well see that must be wrong because it said 4 years, now it says 3 but your saying its 2?

Hey there Linux,

We double checked your tenure and it should just be showing 2 full years of tenure.

For more information on how tenure is calculated, please refer to our Tenure Sticky.

Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox LIVE Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox LIVE Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your tenure increase only when the year of Xbox LIVE Gold time has finished.

For your first year of Xbox LIVE Gold you will see a '0' and increase to '1' year of tenure when that year is up! For example, if you've had Xbox LIVE Gold for 3 years and 6 months, you'll see a tenure of '3' next to your Gamertag.

Can you upload a picture maybe?

I thought mine looked weird (my 7 looks like a 1) but its just the font used is really weird. What number were you thinking should be there?

It should be an 8. It looks like an information i. I'm on my phone away from my xbox, can't take a pic.. I've called support and it's been escalated. When I get home I'll take a pic.

Now that I look at it super close it is an 8! The top circle is just soo small and bottom one is long. The font is so small it didn't look attached. Thanks for the heads up sniffles

When you created your account in 2009, or longer as you mentioned was it subscribed to gold from the get-go, or was it silver for the first few months?
