Xbox One Tenure Not Showing

I've had my Xbox One for over a year now and well I have been meaning to post this up sooner but never got around to it, until today. Just checked my email and I got my "Happy Birthday" wish from Xbox for having Xbox Live for 6 years. So of course it has
now come to mind.

On my 360 it shows the 6, but where it should be shown in the green circle on the Xbox One there is nothing.

How can I address this situation? I've already re-recovered my account.

My tenure disappeared on Xbox One console.

My tenure still not showing up on the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

Have you made any recent changes to your account? Like has your gold expired for a short amount of time, changed your GT, or anything like that? C

From previous experience, it should come back, however it can take up to 31 days to do so. You don't need to worry, as the tenure has not reset, or disapeared, and the fact that its still showing on your 360 proves that Its something that is stored on
the cloud, so will never be deleted or anythign like that.

Anyways, let me know on my first question, and we can take it from there

Within the last 90+ days there has been 0 changes in GT or Xbox Live. I do change my gamertag once in a while, and for the Gold Membership that has been going on straight for 6 years. The thing is that when I first got my Xbox One it never showed up with
the green circle then. So ever since July 2014 I haven't had a tenure show.

Like I've tried it all! I just want my tenure to show up! haha

 

Oh right, that is a long time for it to have not shown up!! That is beyond my knowledge i'm sorry to say, so I will have to bow out and leave this for one of the Support Crew

Well I still need assistance with this matter. I have also since done a 2hr phone call with Xbox Support and well nothing new has shown up on my account at this time...

So bringing this back up to the top.

You can either wait for an Xbox Forums Support agent to respond, wich may take several business days, or you can contact Xbox Phone or Chat Support again by going to
support.xbox.com/contact-us and following the prompts.

Sign in to your Microsoft account lets you review, year by year, when you've been Gold and when you've been a Silver member (or FREE).

Keep in mind that trial months/14 day trials may show up, but do NOT count as Tenure.

I know about the commerce site and what to look for, and did that before I even opened up this thread. I just don't see why I can't have my tenure show up. It's so weird.

I will be phoning back Xbox Support this evening when I get home from school, and the day out. Hopefully something new has escalated. haha

You may need to get in contact with Xbox Phone Support and request to be escalated to Tier 3 support for extended troubleshooting related to your issue. However, make sure that you let the agent follow through their troubleshooting steps first, just to
keep them happy!
