Xbox ONE Tenure missing/ disappeared.

I can see all my friends TENURE icons & I use to be able to see my own TENURE on MY PROFILE on Xbox One.

On 360, the tenure is displayed correctly on my profile. But the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile.

My friend has confirmed that the TENURE icon is missing on my Xbox One profile page.

I've deleted and re-added my account on Xbox One and checked my Privacy settings.

HELP MICROSOFT SUPPORT!!!!

Mines disappeared too.

And yes I have a valid gold membership.

My 10 years tenure still shows on my 360 but it is missing off the xbox one.

 

My tenure disappeared on Xbox One console.

My tenure has also disappeared from the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

 

My xbox LIVE tenure should be 8 almost 9 on may 16th.

 

I can't view my tenure either on the one

 

How long has your account had xbox live gold?

You need to be at least a year before your tenure will show up.

 

Mine has disappeared been on live over 9 years

That usually indicates there may be a lapse in in your Xbox Live Gold subscription and this issue usually resolves itself after a full billing cycle. I recommend waiting 30 days for the tenure to show back up, and if after the 30 days the tenure still won't
appear, please post a new thread letting us know!
