Xbox One TENURE missing, 10 year member

Recently my tenure has disappeared on my xbox one profile. It should say 9 but is gone completely. Ive seen this issue with others and they've said it came back, but I have waited 4 weeks now and still nothing. Please help me, thanks.

I have 10 years xbox live gold and the tenure shows up fine on the 360.



But its missing on the xbox one.



Have tenure icons been removed from xbox one?

 

My Xbox Live account tenure is missing...

I bought a Xbox One last week and recovered my Xbox Live account and my years of tenure is missing on my live profile. I've been an xbox live member mid 2000's and have been a xbox live gold member for several years but it is now showing zero tenure on my
profile. Any idea what's going on? Thanks.

 

Let me start off by saying not to worry. Your tenure isn't stored only on your Xbox One console, it's tied to your account. The fact that you can see your tenure on your Xbox 360 console is proof that you haven't lost your tenure. It's simply not showing
on your Xbox One console, which is something we'll need to look into.

For now, please rest assured that you haven't lost your tenure (it's simply not displaying on your Xbox One console) and the devs are looking into why that's happening. We are not able to provide a time frame for any updates at this time. However, I can

Yeah - I'm having a similar issue. I recently renewed my Xbox Live gold subscription and my tenure has gone from 8 years to 9 years however visually this is not been displayed on the Xbox One after 3 weeks since renewal.

The Games with Gold tile/icon keeps telling me to renew Xbox Live gold when on the home screen but all functionality is still working as my Xbox Live subcription has renewed and is active.

I figured this might be an issue with pushing updated account information to the Xbox One as the website and also on my Xbox 360 it is correctly showing 9 years tenure so I'm just watiing patiently for the devs/engineers to fix this.
