Xbox one talkback cable replacements

Now I'm not an expert on 3rd party headsets and cables that go with it, but unfortunately it appears there is no official Xbox talkback cable. Though as you've said it's for turtle beach x41s, why not look at turtle beaches official cables:

I know that link above is for a 360 cable, I'm not sure what differs for the Xbox One, but I personally try and use the same brand if I'm happy with the quality of the original product.

I found this info from the Turtle beach forum hope it helps you:

Chat problems (such as intermittent connection, static, echo, etc.) can be caused not only by the Talkback Cable, but also by the Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller, that may have developed a loose jack from usage. With a new Controller (i.e. one that has not
been used a lot) the talkback Cable or the Puck plug will fit snugly inside the controller jack, so it takes a hard tug to pull it out of the socket.

With an older controller (i.e. one that has had the plug removed and inserted a lot of times) the jack might have a wider opening, so the talkback cable plug slides in and out easily and makes a poor connection. If you have this type of older controller,
please try a different controller to get a better connection on the jack.

To find out if the issue is with the Xbox Controller jack, first make sure it is fully inserted all the way in on both ends. Then simply press your thumb on the Plug against the Controller Jack to stabilize the connection. If this takes care of the issue,
then you would need to replace your Xbox Controller. If your Xbox Controller is not the problem, then the Talkback Cable needs to be replaced. Replacement cables are available for purchase under "Parts and Accessories" of your headset's product page on www.TurtleBeach.com

Those cables should work fine. The Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter is only necessary if you want to chat with the headset. The X32 uses an bluetooth device for game audio on the 360, and the talkback cable is for chat.On the xbox one the stereo adapter sends game and chat audio through your talkback cable into your headset.so dont use the X32 wireless accessory and press the
button on the bottom left corner of the stereo adapter repeatedly until you hear a beep and then press the + button untill you hear the beep.That should be max chat volume then press the game audio button a couple of times and try that.

The X32 dont work well with the one but maybe this helps.
