Xbox One takes FOREVER to load.

For the past 2-3 days my Xbox One has been acting weird. It all started when I was playing a game and it began to freeze. I tried to close out the game but the dashboard was moving way too slow. I tried a hard reset hoping that would help but when I turned
it back on, my Xbox wasn't showing any video on the input. So after about 10 minutes the green Xbox loading screen comes on and it just loads for another 10 minutes then goes black. Is there a explanation as to why this happened all of a sudden? Is there any
other way I can fix it besides the standard "hard reset"?

Xbox takes forever to load

(Do you have a kinect plugged in?)

Heres something to try.

Turn off your console,

take out the hard drive

turn it on and see how quickly it boots

if it boots faster then it has something to do with your hdd

Xbox takes forever to load

Since the new beta came out (7-7-13) my console has a long loading time to start up and to sign me in and get to dashboard! And I mean like 20 min. total to load it all and that's outrageous! and I've already cleared my cache and reset my router and deleted
things I don't need and this xbox isn't even 6 months old! I need to know what to do so my xbox runs faster like it was 2 days ago and all I've been doing is playing games. I don't know what has been causing it but I know its not me or my internet because
I don't do anything to my xbox that could possibly break it and my ps3 connects fine to internet and loads up fast! I need to know what to do, so please help me! I don't want to send it in and wait 3 to 6 weeks!

Maybe try completely powering down the system by holding the front power button for at least 10 seconds, and once the system is off unplug it and leave it unplugged for 10 minutes. Then reconnect it and turn it back on. If that doesn't help my only other
suggestion is doing a factory reset on the system and if that doesn't even help things it may be a hardware issue that needs to be repaired.

no I don't have a Kinect and it still takes the 5 minutes to load the dashboard with the hard drive out of the system. so what can I do to fix it?
