Xbox One System Update

This account is in preview program and I turned my Xbox one on to play some Games as anyone would when they turn the Xbox one on and it has a error message There was a problem with the update but I can connect to the internet a bit my internet is fine on
my other stuff like my pc and tablet or IPhone they work just fine as I was saying I reset my box and my update was still saying the same thing and I cant use my Xbox till its fixed please fix it ASAP.

Same problem here. Before I checked the forum I used offline diagnostic tool which didn't worked. I've done a factory reset before reading that it's a problem on their end..

 

Just bought an XBox One TODAY as a birthday present for my boy and first thing we encounter is 'There was a problem with the update' and we can't move on from this screen. Am I right to understand that this is a Microsoft problem that they are working on
or is there something I should be doing on my end. We have confirmed numerous times that we have internet connection (wireless) working.

I assume it is not a factory resetting problem because we have literally just taken the console out of the box before it has blocked us in this way.

 

Folks if your still having the problem then try this:
support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

It allows you to do an update offline, and it may help you with your issue. I'm in the process of doing it now and so far so good as it's installing the update.

 

There was an issue earlier that seems to be slowly resolving itself. Please try a little later to see if the issue is resolve for you if not please post back and let support know.
