xbox one system update

hi!

i have a very big problem with my xbox one console,it doesn't update. i have done everything from the support page but it didn't resolved my problem. i have asked for a repairing but in the last 2 days i receive only "sorry there is a problem on our side"
when i complete the form,i was trying to contact live chat,but it seems the there is a bug whith live chat system as well(it doesn't let my to fill the form), i was trying to call the call centre but i was waiting 20min and still no answer...anyone have any
idee what should i do in this case(except buying a new xbox console,because this it will never happen)?

Have you tried a different web browser and/or cleared your internet browser cache?

 

Done it without any result.

 

What region are you in? If you're in the USA or Canada try calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX for customer support.

 

I`m in UK. I have called @UK number but nobody answered in
