Xbox one system update issue

I have been having issues trying to update my xbox one system. it's the 4.1 gb system update it gets to about 99% and stop and says there was a problem with the update. I have enough space for the update. I've powered cycled, and I went through most of the
troubleshoot process. and it keeps giving me an error code that doesn't exist. iv call Microsoft and they eventually hung up on me (wasn't rude at all) and the chat support wasn't any help at all. if someone has had this same issue and has fixed it please
let me know would like to get to online gaming. was just thinking about getting rid of Xbox entirely. the whole thing has gone down hill and the systems keeping worse every time they come out and there network doesn't even know how to fix the problems.

No, I don't think it's time for you to throw out your Xbox. You say you have gone "...through most of the troubleshoot process". Then maybe it's time for you to try “I
need help with system updates on my Xbox One” When you click on "I NEED TO UPDATE MY CONSOLE OFFLINE" at the Web page, it will walk you through step-by-step on how to preform an Xbox One Offline System Update (OSU).
Also, Xbox Ambassador Scrtch has a very good video on how to do this, see URL below.

You are not alone. I have the same issue after the last update.

Thanks for the update on the issue with the failed update. If the issue persists with the failed update, try this: Xbox One System Update Solution
and click on Update My Console Offline.

Give this a try and let us know the results.
