    well i'm on the Xbox one preview program i had an update yesterday for the new Xbox experience n now my system is stuck on the Xbox one green screen after the update. i have try everything n nothing is working i called Xbox support but they said there's
    nothing they can do because i'm in the preview program so they send me here cuz you're the only ones the can help me so please help plus i cant seen to access the preview program private forums to report my problem please help thanks.

    Turned off my X1 and when turned back on HDMI or display input channel not registering

    If you're stuck on a green screen, then it's likely an update issue. Follow this troubleshooter and select the "green screen", when you get to the second part.

    Xbox One Update Troubleshooter    . Be sure to begin by clicking on the green screen box that says "I am experiencing a startup issue".

    My xbox one is also going to the green screen then goes to a blank black screen.... I'm thinking they botched this new update.... I've tried doing the update restore through the diagnostic tool, but I cant get the xbox to recognize I'm holding the bind and
    eject when powering on, it just doesn't start to boot until I release them. then stuck at screen again.

    Maybe they didn't have the latest updated OSUDT2 system files online. Then again, trying the factory restore file wasn't working either.....
