Xbox One system Error E305 00 00 00 01 800745D

Hi I been asked by Luis of the Xbox one support team to post this error to see if it is fixable, I started the new Xbox one update and it worked like usual, the next day I powered up my Xbox one and it would not go beyond the green Xbox one loading screen also
known as the Green screen of death.

I contacted support and was advised to use the Xbox one diagnostic tool by downloading it to my flash drive and using it on Xbox one, I did this and it updated my console applied the update then restarted my console it then it went from the green screen
to a new screen that explained in every language that this is a system error contact customer support Error E305 00 00 00 01 8007045D

If this can not be fixed at my end I have been told that I will be sent out a new Xbox one in an Advanced Exchange, to prevent anymore of my time been wasted.

I have the same error, date 28-10-2014. call the support but no call back :-(

 

Its ridiculous isn't it hankskenny this is not our fault and yet when I phoned support I wait for 45 minutes and when I finally get through to support I am told they can replace my console in an advanced exchange by courier faulty console for new replacement
console. And then told that I need to have £400 in my bank account so they can do a floating charge for £400 that they will give me back when they receive my faulty console. When I tell them I do not have that kind of money available to do this floating charge
I am then told I can have standard exchange but it can take 2 to 3 weeks.

I was also told to post about this error and issue on here because it will be helpful to making Xbox One better but no acknowledgement or reply from anyone at Xbox One

I invested heavily on my Xbox One since day one and I am now sat with an Xbox One that no longer works because its faulty, I also bought Forza Horizon 2 on release day that I cant play because of my Xbox One being faulty.

I contacted Major Nelson on Facebook chat, Twitter and Xbox One messages for him to look into this for me but he has not replied or even acknowledged my message. Yet he has found the time to reply to lots of random people and well known people who have commented
on his tweets at Twitter.
