Xbox One System Error: E200 0000003B 000000000

Hi, after updating my Xbox One to insiders version 230710-1715 I restarted it and got this error E200 0000003B 000000000.

I tried to factory reset-Remove everything and using OSU1 Offline update but on step 3 at 82% I got this error E200.

I have even installed a new SSD but this error persists. What can I do?

Is there anyway to get the OSU1 file for insiders to revert to stable firmware?

I got the same error. I spoke with microsoft over the phone 24 hours ago, and they said that error code meant something was wrong with the servers, but honestly i have no idea.

"E200" may signify a system update error.

If you are having trouble updating your system, or if you're not sure, perhaps what is needed is the offline system updater tool.
Note: this will require at least a 4GB flash drive formatted as NTFS.
