XBox One system audio/video issue. (Assassin's Creed Unity bundle)

Greetings,

I recently purchased an XBox One Assassins Creed bundle and I am experiencing a system(?) issue that is rather disturbing.

Occasionally when opening Apps or games the system sound "stutters" and the game freezes. Sometimes this causes the game/app to crash back to the home screen and other times just waiting for a few moments and the issue goes away and game play resumes normally.

Is there a possible issue with my unit or could something else be causing this issue? it is most commonly seen when using either the Netflix app or playing Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls game. (Both are pretty much the all i use the system for at this time.)

Any assistance or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same bundle, and that does happen from time to time to me, but from reading other posts, it is most likely a software issue. I have found that it happens more often when I open a few apps and play a game. Closing apps has helped me with this (highlight
it on your home screen and press the menu button, then choose Exit) and if that doesn't help, a hard reset will (hold the Xbox logo on the front of your console until it powers down and then restart it). If you're still having issues, I would arrange a repair
at Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support, but usually those steps will help.

I think they would be crazy, but it only says that the Xbox ONE W/ AC Unity without Kinect and the Xbox ONE W/AC Unity with Kinect are going back to regular price.

The Assassin's Creed bundle comes with Assassin's Creed: Black Flag and Unity. The codes for the games will be on a card packaged inside the box. Be sure to check under the flaps of the box as I've read that sometimes the card will slip underneath one.
