    Xbox one sync


    I turned on my xbox one today and it said that I needed to reconnect to xbox live. I clicked it and it brought me to the network connection screen then told me that there was a problem with the wireless connection hardware and that my controller will reconnect.
    Which I thought was odd. The controller would slow blink but never connect on its own. I held down both sync buttons on the controller and the console. The controller would fast blink but the console would stay solid no matter how many times I turned my xbox
    off. I tried to connect it with the USB but that didn't work either. Is my xbox broken?

    You have to sync your second controller, via the Xbox One's sync button on the left, and the controller's sync button on the top.

    It sounds like both headsets (mics) are only synced to one Xbox, likely the first one they were hooked up to. Try re-syncing one of them to a specific Xbox, and then keep the other to its Xbox, and it should work.
