    Xbox One Sync Button Unresponsive


    My controller stops responding a few minutes after I start my console. The light is on and not flashing when it does this. It stops responding no matter if it is connected via a USB cable or not. The sync button on my console does not respond to
    me pressing it. However, the sync button on the controller functions. The firmware is up to date and the batteries are brand new.

    Unfortunately these solutions did not solve the problem, and when I tried to find the contact information at the bottom of the page, the page informed me that phone and chat is not available for controller issues. Tech Support's contact info or for them
    to make a ticket would be very appreciated.

    If these solutions don't work for you I'd recommend contacting technical support via the info at bottom of the page so they can further troubleshoot and if needed a service ticket can be created.

    You have to sync your second controller, via the Xbox One's sync button on the left, and the controller's sync button on the top.
