XBox One Switching on at random

This appears to be a common issue, going by online forums. So far nobody has figured out what the issue is, and there is no official word from Microsoft.

For the past couple months, totally at random, my XboxOne just turns itself on. It's happened in the middle of the night, in the morning, in the middle of dinner... there is no pattern to the timing.

The usual first responses from the forum community are things like 'maybe it's updating' maybe the power button is dirty' etc.

My Xbox is on Eco saver mode, so as far as I can tell that means that when it's off, it's OFF. The power button on the console and my controllers are clean (although only the console, not the controllers turn on).

I do have the xbox app on my phone, but I very rarely use it, and I don't see how it could cause the console to start up without being active.

I do not have a Kinect, and automatic updates are on.

This maybe happens a couple times a week (that I know of - for all I know when I'm not in, or in the dead of night, it's constantly switching on)

Other than that, the machine works perfectly.

This is clearly a common issue, so someone must have some idea of a cause and a solution!!

My Xbox One won't send a signal to my TV

So for the past couple days my xbox has been repeatively been turning off at random, at first we had thought it was the power cable but after switching it with another one we doubt that's the case... After it turns back on for a bit, it would give us a message
with a list of reasons it would turn off but nothing too specific. Now it will turn on but won't send any signal to the TV and has a dim light at the Power Button/Xbox Logo.
