    Hello from yesterday 08 Jan 2021 my xbox one switches off everytime i launch either COD Cold war or Modern warfare

    my consol also does not switch on i need to unplug it leave for a few mins then restart

    Please check the following;

    - Overheating issues is there enough space around the XBox

    - Check the Game Disc if you use one

    - Clean the cache, press Power Button for 10 Seconds, console shuts down and restarts

    - check in the xbox settings for console updates

    - check for game updates

    - check if you play the correct version for your XBox; Games and Apps>Filter>optimised for S/X*

    if nothing works out, reinstalling the game could help.

    *cant be more precise, since i dont know your type of xbox

    Hello i use an xbox one

    i have tried all you have listed and there is nothing wrong with my consol i have tried a different game with no issues but everytime i launch COD when i reach the opening screen and choose multiplayer my consol switches off after 30 or so seconds

    i have a digital download which i have unistalled and currently re-installing
