XBOX ONE switches off when I start to play a game

My Xbox switches off whenever I try to play a game. If watch video in an app like Youtube or Netflix it seems okay. However

as soon I start to play a game within a minute the console turns off

I tried Hard Rest and also factory reset. Both of the steps dont help.

If I want to take it to service center for repair whats the best way to do in Singapore ?

Xbox one won't start

My xbox one is not booting up. when i switch it on, the power brick starts with an orange light. It flashes a white light for about a second before going back to orange again. When i start the xbox, it starts with the boot up sound but then switches off
again. I've tried almost everything except for using a different power brick. Any suggestions?

xbox one integrated with A/V receiver

I received a new xbox one, the previous one I was able to switch off my yamaha A/V receiver when I switched off the console, now I cannot find that option in my xbox (after software updates) how can I switch off my yamaha A/V receiver when I switch off my
xbox one console.

We do. When my son says Xbox go home, it switches to him and see his home screen. Using his start screen, we run a game ... And what comes up is the game running from when I was playing. For him to play a game using his profile, we have to turn Xbox off
then back on to reset it. Are you saying there is a difference between switching profiles using Kinect and switching using the controller?

switch xbox off at wall, reset your router, when router fully started back up then start the xbox one, let us know if this does anything.

why is it that I still can not switch to party chat I join a party (when the xbox lets me after 20min off trying to join the party) and when I do get in it will not let me switch to party chat starting to feel like iv been ripped off with the xbox one seaming
the 360 is better in every way

Wasn,t hot had only just switched it on and dont play very much in a clean home no dust in side just started smoking there was the home xbox screen on the tv when i switched it off unplged it quick
