    Xbox One "Suspension"


    Apparently my Xbox Live account has been "suspended" for "harrassing" other players. I assume that this is the result of me telling another player he needed to go outside from yesterday. If this is the case, I would like to question what the Xbox Live team's
    thought process is behind this: I tell a player he needs to go outside, which is basically a healthy living tip, and as a result my Xbox Live account is made virtually useless? I can no longer join parties, message players, join online games, or essentially
    do ANYTHING on my account. I hate to say it, but that is INCREDIBLY stupid. If players using "inappropriate" language or chat is a reason to essentially scam them out of the remainder of their Xbox Live subscription, the entirety of the Xbox Live community
    should be banned. It is the internet, and if you cannot handle being told to go outside by someone else you may not be ready to dive into the internet.

    So I suppose my question is; does Microsoft truly expect me to pay for another Xbox Live subscription to make a new account since mine has become (as previously stated) nearly 100% useless just because another player can't handle banter that would hardly
    be deemed "inappropriate" by a 4th grade schoolteacher?

    This is correct. OP, the reason no one will give an answer is because they don't have the answer. Xbox Support are not given any information on an account suspension/ban.

    Xbox One "Suspension"

    If you are on the Xbox One you can make a new account and you will not need to buy another subscription. You will be able to use the same XBL subscription that you have on your banned account.

    the suspension with messages it is something temporal. I guess he received an e-mail with the info about that notifying it

    During a communications suspension, the account may continue to access the Xbox Live service, including online multiplayer. At the conclusion of the suspension all communication functionality will be automatically restored.
