    This is concerning my repair order 1342781457. I chatted with Xbox support about the problem I was having with my Xbox one shutting down games and returning to home after hearing a lowed buzzing sound. The support agent told me my Xbox one would have to
    be sent in for repair and said in such a way that he gave me the impression that it was a common problem and doing a repair was the only option, without doing any trouble shooting whatsoever. So, I sent it in and waited over two weeks to get it back. I came
    with a note that said they tested my Xbox One and there was no problem found, and they had enclosed a one month complimentary extension card for my gold membership for the inconvenience. There was no one month complimentary extension card included in the
    package and it took all day and night to download all my games and cloud stuff for each game. My Xbox one came back to me with a wiped hard drive and required a complete setup as if it was new. I am furious about Microsoft Xbox One so called support, the
    support agent didn't even take the time to do any trouble shooting on my machine and said I HAD to send it in for repair. I was without my Xbox one for over two weeks and spent an entire day and night getting it all set back up and running again, all for NOTHING.

    In my humble option Xbox One so called support is a huge scam with no intention of taking care of the customer, and I am sure many others feel the same way. Having a warranty on an Xbox is a waist of money that could be put to better use. It's best to buy
    two Xbox One's if you want Xbox so at least you have one to play while support takes weeks to play with yours.

    PS - I did not even get any suggestions on what to do about the lowed buzzing sound while playing a game as it freezes and shuts down the game and returned home.
