Xbox one support for Xbox live are so rude.I cannot belive it.

I tried to call the support about my xbox live problem and I asked to speak with a manager they put this girl that said her name was kristine on the phone, she about ripped my head off, she wouldn't let me talk. She wouldn't help me with my problem she
kept cutting me off and was really short. I had asked to speak with someone els she said to call back, so I did...........I again asked for the manager they again put her on the phone and she continued to be rude. Really amazes me how people treat customers.

Microsoft changing XBOX ONE DRM Restrictions

I cannot post actual links till i have 25 post so i cannot share the link where larry hub talks about cross compatibility with the xbox one. Futher investigation leads me to belive that this has been done away with as this was a eairly thread and newer threads say that this wont be incorperated with the xbox one. i think the xbox one should of went with hddvd as there game disk.

if you have read, when sony announced 4k resolution they said nothing can be filmed, photoed, or drawn in 4k resolution so the xbox one cannot achieve 4k resoultion and neither can the ps4. also sony said that to film in what you would believe is 4k resolution,
they took a hd camera and moved vary slow to make you belive it was 4k.also i belive microsoft said the xbox one does not support 4k at the moment because it is physically impossible for games to run 4k. also all games have to be made in 720p resolution or
higher for xbox one because there is only 2 hdmi ports and an audio optical port for gaming and sound

 

yeah i got similar treatment. i sent my xbox one in for a disc drive repair and its been a nightmare. everytime i called support someone had something completely different to say. and i finally got my console back yesterday and wouldnt ya know it? the disk
drive is still [Mod Removed] up. called them up and they said oh well send it back in or pay us 15$ and let us put a 400$ retainer on your credit card and we will send ya a new one. and im thinking 400$??? werent you
[Mod Removed] just selling them for 329$ the other week? then to top it all off the old disk drive ruined my bros dragon age disc and they wont reimburse me a new one so i had to pay out of pocket to replace the disk their
[Mod Removed] console damaged. support doesnt care, they are pretty gangster about it. sorry youre going through the same experience. so here i am with a finicky disc drive just at the holidays. funny how the disk drive lasted almost to the
warranty. lolz.

 

continued....they wanted to do the 400 dollar trade in thing from the get go, but i denied because they said they could repair cuz i didnt want a new console because id have to re download everything wich literaly takes days and they assuered me i wouldnt
have to. so i get my console back and its completey wiped out. and still having disk drive problems.
