I purchased an xbox one on day one. I have one of the defective left thumb stick controllers that clicks in two places as it turns. All I want is for microsoft to fix the problem but this company doesn't seem to get it. They will fix their mistake but
want me to pay the shipping for it. I basically said that I would give The company an opportunity to fix the problem or lose a customer. A shipping label would fix the problem and no shipping label will cause me to not be a customer any longer and sell my
stuff. I don't know if the other company is any better but it can't be worse. The other company isn't laying off 14% of employees in the 4thh largest layoff ever.

On top of that he customer service representative was very nice but her hands were tied as company policy stopped her from being able to fix the problem. What she could do was send out a free month of xbox live with she wanted to do because of this situation.
    She didn't send it.

Keep a customer by giving a shipping label and replacing a controller - minimal company loss.

Lose a customer by not fixing he problem and giving a shipping label. If you cant give the shipping label give a download code for a good game or compensate the shipping with xbox live store money so am happy and keep playing as it was a good customer that
has 6 disc based xbox one titles and another three downloaded titles as well as a full subscription to xbox live and an extra controller. At the very least due to this, when I go into a store to purchase a new video game, I will always choose it in the competitors
format over yours as this has tarnished your reputation to me but most likely I will sell the console and use the money to repurchase titles with the competitor.

This is is under customer support because I am giving you the opportunity to fix the problem even though at this point I feel you will do nothing. I am beginning to understand one of the variables effecting this company having to down size and being outsold
in the console market , tablet market, etc...

I also read that microsoft is getting into phones. Is this the support that is going to be prevalent when people need their phones replaced? I know that the phones with a big piece of fruit on them send out replacement phones at no charge and even if the
damage is the consumers fault such as dropping them. Microsoft wont even replace a defective controller that wasnt the customers fault. Hmmm?...

hopefully people that haven't actually jumped ship and stuck with this drowning console will get some support. If this is how you treat your friends...

    :)

  3. Xbox one doesn't support bo2?

    Hey there, Jack!

I'm sorry to see any issues launching BActivision had acknowledged some connection issues yesterday with Black Ops 2. We believe them to be resolved now, as they have removed their Tweet about the situation. Are you still having issues with launching the
game itself? Let me know so we can dig into this. Xbox One Support Doesn't follow through. :)
