Xbox One super zoomed in?? Help please

Hi, as you can see in the pictures my xbox is super zoomed in. I can’t do anything, can’t access settings etc. I’ve tried magnifier but it makes no difference it’s something else. Any ideas / suggestions please?

Xbox one only plays DVD zoomed in

My Xbox one will play DVDs but will only play zoomed in on the screen to where I can only see a quarter of the screen. Games play fine and nothing else is zoomed in. Its only when the DVD opens and starts to play it's zoomed in.
Please help. TIA

Cropping my Display

So I got on Xbox then the display was super zoomed in. It wasn't magnifier, because I turned that off in the settings. Then I saw there were no settings for cropping the display whatsoever. I can try my TV settings, but it wasn't like this Yesterday...

Is this happening only when you use your Xbox on the TV?
Or is this happening even when you're using apps on the TV?

If it's only with your console, may I know if you tried power cycling the console?

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

If you already tried that, please tell me what else did you do. In that way I can advise you different things

My Xbox One X suddenly really zooms in. Not the magnifier issue, it's super zoomed in the corner of a screen at all times. Brand new xbox, tried resetting loads and just doesn't have any impact.

In addition, some TV's have a zoom option as well. So if what has already been mentioned does not work, perhaps check the TV Zoom settings.

I know my LG TV has Zoom options.
