Xbox one suddenly starts freezing

    Xbox one suddenly starts freezing


    Hello everyone,

    My xbox suddenly starts freezing at the dashboard.

    I have got the xbox for like 1 month never experienced any problems until today.

    When it freezes I need to unplug the power supply for like 10 times to make it boot properly. After booting, I can scroll for like 5 minutes true

    the dashboard before the console completely freezes to death.

    Are there more people with this problem? It is driving me insane !

    Did you download any contents from Xbox Live before your Xbox starts freezing on start-up?

    Xbox One "Freezing" ?

    Hey there For Your Sake,

    Sorry to hear about the freezing problem. Let's have you go ahead and try this guide to see if it helps out with this freezing problem. My Xbox One won't start or freezes during gameplay.

    Sorry to hear about the freezing issue. You did good by unplugging power, but I want to make sure we do a complete power cycle. This will ensure that your console's system cache is cleared.

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • When the unit is powered off, unplug the power cord and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug your power cable back in the Xbox One console and power on!
    • Verify if the issue is persisting.

    I also have a problem like this but my screen is jst black I can't do a single thing it worked on Friday I went away for the weekend come back and now it's jst useless

    some information I forgot to mention: it's worth noting that these freezes are something that has started happening rather suddenly today. Yesterday and the day before I played halo 4 on the same xbox with no issues whatsoever, nor has this particular xbox
    have a history of freezing. This is something entirely new that started happening today.
