xbox one sucks

saved my money for several months read all the things about the consoles, couldn't decide which to get PS4 or the Xbox one. finally decided on the Xbox....WRONG CHOICE!!! The load time, constant updates, error messages that are not on-line so you have no
idea what they are or how to fix them. The only help if you could call it that from the company is "oh just send it back". Really? multimillion dollar company and they can't just make the game load as easily as the old X-box 360? An hour to download!!!???
Seriously? Then when it does download error messages keep popping up, game won't load ,uninstall re-install 2 or 3 times before it finally decides to work. ( 2 games won't work at all $120 down the damn drain). then the constant glitches and freezing to the
point you have to turn it off and restart the console....oh and reinstall the game of course losing every bit of saved games on it and starting from scratch. Thank You X-box I promise once I throw this piece of S*(%T in the garbage and make sure everyone of
my friends and ESPECIALLY their kids know how terrible a product you make now days I will save up some more money and get THE PLAYSTATION 4 LIKE I SHOULD HAVE IN THE FIRST DAMn PLACE!

This is like the 360 when it came out, it took 8 years to perfect it, so expect the same time, if not sooner if technology hits a boost and it could be better in a couple of years.

Neither the PS4 or Xbox One console is garbage so tired of you people that hate on consoles, if you don't like them then don't buy them.

 

Everything you describe is an issue on the PS4 as well.

 

Noooo that cant be right, PlayStation land is green grass with tall swaying trees and sunshine all the time. nothing ever goes wrong and everything is perfect, I mean their moto is "For the Players" so it must be true.

Nope, turns out I was wrong, it actually looks like Sony is in fact just a huge multinational company that only cares about money, they certainly don't care about keeping your personal information safe and secure. They also don't care about cross-platform
multiplayer or having services like EA Access.

 

Theres an old saying... If you want something done right then do it yourself. I have owned nearly every gaming console dating back to atari and before that I had pinball machines. Did any console perform without fault? (no) even my pinball ball loader spring
and bumpers broke, some faster than others. Cartridge games seemed the best but then disc could hold more data. Did anyone have floppy disc games like me, because its a grind to get them to load back in the 90s. You might just be unlucky enough to have got
a faulty console because that can sometimes happen. I've bought faulty goods and been frustrated, and its totally worse if the company says its not their liability. These days you have rights, not alot, but atleast you have some, and one of your rights is
to return a faulty good if you purchased the electronical product with a hardware fault that makes the product not do what it claims it can do. For example... if you buy a games console that states its main function is to play games but you find that it fails
to do what it states, you have the right to a full refund aslong as you can prove purchase and the time limit for returning faulty goods has not expired. If you bought a faulty item then your grievance is with the person who sold you the item. That should
be your first stop!

Out of curiosity I would like to know when you purchased the XB1?

How much you paid for the console?

What accessories did you get with it?

Where did you buy it from?

And just to let you know that when I bought my XB1 the shop failed to include a controller, like seriously, just when you think all is great the world turds on you but life continues and there is better things to do anyway.
