    Hello,

    I got a problem with my xbox one. My xbox one doesnt load the home page when i start it up. and when it does its terribly slow. It doesnt start games and doest go off anymore. does anyone have a idea what the problem is and if i could solve it?

    No picture or sound

    So today I had everything turned off while I was at work. I got home and tried my box again. I have visual on my tv... but.... I'm now stuck at the green xbox one loading screen... 23 minutes now.... what do I do? Other then sit aroud and wait for someone
    to reply....

    Game stuck whilst loading

    Hi, I'm trying to install Dirt 4, but it has been installing for 48hrs now and is still only at 1%. There is still plenty of storage (100GB free), but the installation won't cancel, pause or uninstall. Now nothing else will update either and so I don't know
    how to remove this or re-start it. Please help!!!

    same problem here. Takes about 20 minutes and then the guide won't load and stays black.

    Launching games kicks me back to home screen problem.

    I have the same problem:

    DR3 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck at "Loading"

    AC4 - either crashes to home screen, or gets stuck loading the save game

    KI- crashes to home

    COD- Goes into a loop going back to the splash screen after showing the menu for a second or two

    These are all digital download games. I'm on my 2nd replacement xbox and support hasn't been able to help me at all.
