Xbox One Stuck on 'Troubleshoot' Menu with E102 error.

Hi,

I went to sell my xbox, and just as i went to wipe the console, I tried to boot it, and it booted to the 'Troubleshoot' screen. I initially selected the 'Restart this Xbox' option, and the console restarted, but again booted to the 'Troubleshoot' screen.
I then tried to reset the xbox to factory defaults by selecting the 'Remove everything' option, however, this just shut the xbox off, and rebooted it back to the 'Troubleshoot' menu. I then tried the whole Offline System Update thing on the microsoft website,
but when i plugged in my USB drive and did everything correctly, i'd click on the 'Offline system update' option and it would flash into the update screen for a second, and then return to the 'Troubleshoot' menu.

If i'm honest, i'm ready to throw the box out my window, but I do really want to fix it. Its frustrating me more as no one online seems to be having the same issues as me, that i can find. Any suggestions would be great. Here is a list of what i have tried
already:

1. 'Restart this Xbox'

2. 'Reset this Xbox', both 'Keep games and apps' and 'Remove everything'

3. 'Turn off this Xbox'

4. Cold restart (holding power button for 10 seconds, then turning on the console normally)

5. 'Offline system update', both software update, and system wipe, downloaded off the microsoft website

All of these have lead me back to the 'Troubleshoot menu.

Thanks for the reply.

Firstly, I can't actually access the Xbox home screen; only the Troubleshoot menu, so your first link wont help me.

And I've tried the console reset with USB before and when i press the 'Offline system update' button on the "Troubleshoot" menu, it flashes to the update screen, then takes me back to the Troubleshoot menu. In short, it doesnt work.

for my understanding you need to choose one of this 2 option

but remember you need to download all again because this is a full restore of the console

Hi i have the exact same issue almost every morning.

if i just turn the system off and back on it just dont help. But if i take the power cord out of the wall and then plig it back in a few seconds after i pull it out it will usually boot up normally.

Several tries may be necessary. Hope this helps.
