I'm in the preview program have been for about a year got 3 updates in aug in the first 3 days been having issues ever since last update now my xbox one is stuck on the green xbox loading screen

Are you currently using a wired or wireless connection? In the meantime, we'd recommend resetting your router/modem and then perform a

power cycle on the console.

You already tried a power reset, right? Removing all the cables, wait 2-3 minutes, then plugin them in again?

If so, I think the next step is to try an offline update. Please check this step by step tutorial on Xbox website:

If the offline update doesn't work, please let me know.

i belive, you have updated your X1 at this time. But if not, this could help you, if the x1 is stuck on the green screen.

Is there any other fix besides the offline system update because these updates are literally making my xbox one usable im stuck in a loop are there any other fixes?
