Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to access the rest of your console.

If power cycling did not help resolve the issue, then I would suggest trying a soft reset through the startup troubleshooter. Try bringing
it up by following these steps.

1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
   
3. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
4. Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
   EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
   Xbox button on the console.
5. Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
   
6. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
   BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

After you get the Troubleshoot menu, select reset this xbox and keep my games & apps.

Just a heads up though, this will remove the accounts on the console, so you will have to redownload them with the email and password after.

I am having the same issue and tried this. It did not work for me. What next?

I'd recommend you to hold down the power button for 10 seconds, thus should power cycle the console.

Now my sceen is black and even if i wait it doesn't change !

Sorry to hear that you are having issues.

I had a similar problem a couple of months ago my son had dropped the controller and the right bumper button was jammed this caused the console to lock into a screen and not respond.
