Xbox one stuck on preparing console screen after trying factory reset.

My console opened the troubleshooter after displaying the E102 error code. I tried restarting the console through the troubleshooting screen but the same thing happened. This has happened previously so I tried an offline update using a usb like I did the
last time,but it would not go past 0% in the preparing console screen without showing an error code. I tried a manual factory reset using the image file using a usb and it still didn't help. Is there anything else I can do?

im also having this problem today my xbox one s has been getting stuck on the green screen of death and when it boots up the dash freezes all the time and my games have been crashing a lot so i have decided to factory reset it and now im stuck on 50% preparing
