Xbox One stuck on opening logo screen.

So my Xbox One which I've owned for several years now has run into a bit of a problem lately. Whenever I turn it on it gets stuck on the logo start-up screen, and it just sits there frozen for several minutes before turning off again. I also noticed that the light on my power brick would go orange when this happened so I thought I simply needed to get a new power brick. So I did just that, but I'm still having the same problem. I don't have the money to get a brand new console right now, so is there any way I can find out what the problem is, and if there's a way to fix it?

Hello Bebby, by your description are two questions, let's try first to see if it passes the loading screen (start-up screen).

Before doing the procedure below, make sure that your console is connected to some kind of electrical stabilizer if you turn off your Xbox and plug the electrical outlet directly.

Bind Eject Xbox One

Turn off the console and unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely turned off.

Wait 30 seconds and plug the power cord back in.

Hold down the BIND (located at the bottom front of the console) and EJECT (located on the front of the console) and press the Xbox button on the console.

NOTE: Bind is the pairing button of the control.

Continue by pressing the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10 to 15 seconds.

Listen to the two tones of "activation", with a few seconds of difference between them.

Release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second activation tone.

If your console is the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, it doesn't have the EJECT button. You can turn on Xbox Startup Troubleshooting on this console by keeping

only the BIND button and then pressing the Xbox button.

When you're on the recovery screen, choose the "Reset while keeping games and Apps" option.

NOTE:

-You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

-No data or game save will be lost doing this, everything is done in backup to the cloud servers.

About the power brick i do not believe that it is with any problem, but in the link below has a procedure for checking your source and console if it does not call.

So no answer on the Xbox support forums. Ive barley had the Xbox a month and I get ******over should have gone Playstation instead

Has this issue been resolved or you? My screen is similarly locked. We played several different games yesterday and today. The game froze (downloaded Assassin's Creed Black Flag). We turned the system off and back on and the Green Screen of death appeared.
