Xbox one stuck on logo screen after update

Hello,

My xbox one is stuck on the green logo screen after rebooting for an update... I have tried to do an hard reset but I get an error message (102104.... if my memory is correct). Also tried hard reset with an usb, I get an error message as well (not the same
one though, different number)

I did unplug cables and wait 30sec, still stuck on green logo screen.

What else can I do?

Hello Type,

In that case sounds like you will need to get it repaired. You can go to
Device support and try and set one up. Hopefully everything turns out ok.

Thanks for replying and keeping us updated. Sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues with your console. Since you're still having issues at start up with the green screen, you may want to give our Xbox
One Startup Error Solution a try since that covers issues that may have happened following the latest update. Be sure to try all the solutions available and please let us know the results.

This happened to my OneX after an update. Was not a pleasant experience. I hope a hard reset fixes your issue.

Sometimes it just gets stuck. I have had it happen , i left it in plugged for 10 minutes and had to hart restart 2 times before i got it back up , but i havent had the issue since
