Xbox One stuck on green loading screen?

Hi

After a few months of issues my Xbox One has finally stopped, it powers on but it fails to initialise and boot up, nothing appears on my display and because of this I cannot reboot and factory reset. I have tried to contact the support team and Subreddit.

Where and how do I send for repair being part of the insider program? as previously mentioned is my warranty still active as I'm a member of the program? I cannot get anyone to answer these questions. all the links I get sent just go to he normal service
and repair page and ask for payment details for repairing.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it..

Youll want to perform a full power cycle on your xbox, I ran into this issue before and it corrected the issue.

Thats what I had to do previously in order to do a factory reset,

It physically won't work, whenever I try to do this the eject button just keeps dinging like its trying to eject a disk even though its empty.

It won't load the menu in order to reset..

Think I'm going to have to send for repair!, It asks for my card details yet doesn't give you a price. anyone know how much about it will be..

Just glad its black Friday season looking for a bargain Xbox...
