    Xbox one stuck on game screen


    Hi guys,

    I was happily playing battlefield. The words freeze came up across the screen and I was unable to do anything I powered the console down and when it's starts back up it starts back at the freeze screen. I have done a reset by holding the power button and
    still the same. I am physically unable to move around the xbox as it does not budge. I have unplugged and this doesn't have an affect either. Can anyone help? ?

    Randomly get disconnected from Xbox live on Xbox one

    Cant play any games on XBOX one as well. Games not syncing !! Stuck at loading screen!

    Xbox one stuck on game screen

    I can hear that the console is working in the background as it makes the relevant noises you associate when clicking certain buttons. The screen however is still stuck on battlefield.

    G'day Major! Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, it sounds quite strange. Is it still happening?

    A few questions about what you've tried so far. When you unplugged the console from power, did you unplug the power supply from both the console and the wall outlet? How long did you leave it that way before restarting?

    Let's go a full 5 minutes to give it more time than necessary. If your copy of Battlefield 4 is on disc, remove the disc from the console.

    If you're able, can you please take a screenshot of what you're seeing? I'm curious what you mean by "the words freeze came up across the screen."

    The game gets stuck at the "Xbox 360" screen when starting the game on the Xbox One. Tried all the suggestions by the Ambassador, including uninstalling and re-installing this nearly 10Gig downloadable (took 2+ hours download time on Cox Cable) game. The
    results were the same - stuck at the "Xbox 360" screen trying to start the game. I'm playing on a manufacturer refurbished Xbox One bought direct from Microsoft. Can this be fixed? Please advise.

    Preparing Console

    im also having this problem today my xbox one s has been getting stuck on the green screen of death and when it boots up the dash freezes all the time and my games have been crashing a lot so i have decided to factory reset it and now im stuck on 50% preparing
