Xbox One stuck on dashboard

    Xbox One stuck on dashboard


    Yes I'am a preview member

    Basically I turn it on and it goes to the home page and I can see that my friends are online (the number) and I'm signed in though it says on the dashboard I need to connect to Xbox live, I then try to open up the guide and when I do it freezes and the screen
    goes darker, I press the home button down on the controller and it won't let me select turn off controller, Console or report a problem,

    I've tried power cycling the console manually

    the internet connection is wired and my internet is working fine.

    Anyone know a fix ?

    I had a system update yesterday for my xbox one now its stuck in a continual loop on the dashboard and i cannot access the settings to try and fix it can anybody help please

    So, I tried all of these and none of them worked. I was looking at some other posts about this issue and found that maybe the chat mixer in settings and the one of the Xbox Dashboard might not be the same. I changed the chat mixer is general settings but the one in the dashboard did not change. I cannot change the one in the dashboard at all. Do you know a way I might be able to change it or is it stuck like this?
