Xbox One stuck on black screen when booting

So about a week ago our Xbox One starting having issues with not booting up and eventually going to the troubleshooting screen. At first we were able to get it working doing an offline update, but then the next day it did it again and we had to do a full
factory reset. This again worked for a couple days when it started happening again and we went through the process of an offline update and then a factory reset again, but now, it just sits at a black screen and does nothing. We can't even get to the troubleshooting
screen by holding the sync and eject buttons. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue? Is there another trick to factory resetting the Xbox if you can't see the troubleshooting screen?

Xbox One Shuts Everything Off at Start up

I am having an issue with my Xbox One shutting off my TV and receiver at start up. Everything turns on initially, but at the black screen (just after the green screen) when the Kinect is booting up with the system, Xbox One shuts down the TV and receiver.
Any advice?

 

Graphic card inside could be getting hot.

Power cycle the console then unplug the power supply and leave it unplugged for about 5 mins.

If it still does it, the console may need to be sent off for repairs.

 

Where can i get these repairs ?

 

This is clearly a hardware issue, If your console is still under warranty, send it for repairs. If not, I suggest you take it to some repair shop so they could take a look at it's components and maybe apply a new thermal paste on the GPU and CPU.
