Hi,

Did you try to power cycle your console by holding the console on/off button for 10 seconds, then unplug the power cord and wait 30 seconds, and then plug the cord back and turn the console on.

If it doesn't work, you maybe should try to perform a factory reset:

im gonna keep trying to get it out. i was on the phone with a guy today when i called and said unless it persists which it wont if i never get it out theres not really anything that the warranty will do.

Failing that, I'd contact phone support to see what your options are, whether they covered that under warranty or not, I have no idea:

its rough cause there site makes the eject seem so easy but even the guy i talked to on the phone said he had problems his first few times getting the disk out during his trials.
