    Xbox One stuck at green start up screen after New Xbox Experience download


    I am in the xbox preview program. When i tried to download the new xbox experience my xbox one turn off. I turned on my xbox one and it just sits at the green screen with the three dots that load. I left it like that for one hours and nothing.

    My Xbox one I got yesterday, When I start it up I get stuck on the xbox one green splash screen and even after 40 minutes nothing happens



    How can I resolve this

    Same here .been stuck for 12+ hrs now had an Xbox one update around 2:30 Am Uk time. After it restarted, it won't get pass the green Xbox startup screen.everything was fine before the update. Was playing halo 5 at the time..

    same with me as well I called xbox and they told me its on the preview team to fix it not the console support team
