Xbox One stuck at green screen; then freezes when I try to troubleshoot!

My Xbox one has been frozen at the Green Screen of Death and when it finally loads, it freezes when I click on "Reset Xbox" and "Offline Update".

I have spent many hours in my games (Like Andromeda and Fallout 4) and don't want to have to reset it and keep my games; but my brother is Game Sharing with me so I have the deluxe edition of Mass Effect: Andromeda, and the Automatron DLC for Fallout 4,
and he has no more game shares left!

I don't want to have to replace this or lose my stuff!

Please, PLEASE, someome help me!

If you're stuck on a green screen, then it's likely an update issue. Follow this troubleshooter and select the "green screen", when you get to the second part.

My xbox is stuck on a black screen for a while then is stuck on green screen

It is stuck on a black screen for about 10 minutes then it starts the green loading screen but never loads to the home. It just stays at that screen. I am unable to start it in troubleshoot mode. When I hold bind and eject then turn it on it turns on to
a black screen. It also makes a low buzzing sound for about 3 minutes. It previously had the problem a few days ago that it was just stuck on the green screen. I had to reset to fix that issue.

 

you might be out of luck your consoles bioware may be corrupted or contains a virus to fix it is out of my knowledge all I know is you may to buy a new console

ok earlier this year I got the green screen of mess, on my one s. It was unresponsive, so I pulled the plug from the wall socket, left it 5 minutes and put power back on. It booted fine and hasn't done it again since.
