    Xbox one streaming randomly hangs controller


    Hi!

    I am using the xbox app for windows 10 in order to play streamed games from the xbone. While doing this I connect my wireless controller to the computer and use that for controlling the console.

    However...

    About every 30th minute my controller hangs and repeats whatever action I did when it hanged (most often a thumb stick direciton). This causes some panic from my side during multiplayer games and I have found that the only way to get it working again is
    to disconnect the stream and then reconnect the stream.

    This really affects my game performance, so I really cant play anything but singleplayer games using remote streaming.

    Any ideas how to fix this? I guess I might try having my controller connected wirelessly to the console and not connect it to the pc. I am unsure if I have tried it already.

    Problem with controller

    Both of my controllers are also disconnecting randomly

    FIFA is the main game affected suffered 10 disconnects in one half!

    I do have my xbox in the next room so not sure what the range of the controllers are

    Xbox App Streaming Controller Stops Responding

    Hello,

    I'm having the same issue, I'm streaming to my windows 10 on my laptop. The controller randomly stop working 20-30 mins. I have to stop the stream and reopen open it to get it to work again I've tried 3 different controllers and make sure each controller
    is up to date.

    controllers aint what they used to be.

    My original controller kept switching itself off randomly, tried hanging batteries (duracell) made no difference.

    I've got a black one which is 12 months old and still going fine.

    I got a silver new style controller with the twisting d-pad, the left stick got lazy and the a button stopped working after 2 months.

    I've now got a Gears Of War 3 controller

    So this game is also having trouble I get randomly signed out from Xbox live I thought it was BF4 as it seems to only happen when I play that, seems Xbox live is going down hill rapidly and know one has a clue what is wrong, after over 7 years I think
    I will be hanging up my controller for a keyboard and mouse as this is getting behind a joke now!!

    on my Windows PC playing the streamed game?
    No, only controller. You can't use mouse and keyboard in this fashion for any games over xbox one streaming.
